Dwarka Expressway is the Latest Buzz Word


When you happen to visit the projects that are undergoing the construction work near the upcoming Dwarka Expressway it is only then that you will be able to realize the enormity with which the real estate developers are sitting with no buyers in the market. It is a grim situation where there is less demand as compared to the supply. 

Why that happening is a reason which is beaten to death many a times. That is because, it is the lack of trust in the builder’s fraternity that has deterred the hopes of many to invest and trust in them. Today, if you go and book a flat in any under-construction project with a builder, the minimum time period associated with them would be at least three years. But the point to be noted here is that there is no maximum period which can be determined for the possession. 

This is deterring the interest of many investors, both domestic and international in the real estate industry.
