Dwarka Expressway is the Latest Buzz Word
When you happen to visit the projects that are undergoing the construction work near the upcoming Dwarka Expressway it is only then that you will be able to realize the enormity with which the real estate developers are sitting with no buyers in the market. It is a grim situation where there is less demand as compared to the supply.
Why that happening is a reason which is beaten to death many a times. That is because, it is the lack of trust in the builder’s fraternity that has deterred the hopes of many to invest and trust in them. Today, if you go and book a flat in any under-construction project with a builder, the minimum time period associated with them would be at least three years. But the point to be noted here is that there is no maximum period which can be determined for the possession.
This is deterring the interest of many investors, both domestic and international in the real estate industry. Probably, this is why many of them eye on the Real Estate Regulatory Bill that is going to change the whole scenario. The much needed transparency shall be injected in the opaque atmosphere that has been prevailing for such a long time period now.
There are Properties in Dwarka Expressway belonging to a majority of top-notch builders like Sobha Developers, Tata Housing, Raheja Group, Godrej Properties, Ramprastha, BPTP and M3M to name a few. After the decision of the High Court of Punjab to lift the ban from the construction of the disputed four kilometer stretch, the sentiments have risen among the buyers, investors and builders. But the buyers are still vary of buying, same is the case with the investors.
There are plenty of unsold units waiting for their owner but, the lack of trust as well as the prevailing market situation has been deterring them to come forward with a cheque. At present, the properties which are under-construction at the Dwarka expressway are Sobha’s International City, Emaar MGF Palm Gardens, Puri’s Emerald Bay, Lotus Realtech etc.
